Good to know

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in March 2027. Three units are currently available, priced between 420,000 and 836,000 euros.

A penthouse is the top apartment of a building, usually with a private solarium on the roof. Otherwise the same arrangements apply as for an apartment: communal pool, lift and a monthly fee for the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
