Villa Camino Atalaya is located in the Atalaya Park area of Benijofar, right next to Ciudad Quesada on the southern Costa Blanca. The small-scale development has six detached villas. Delivery is planned for May 2027.

The development

Each villa is built on a single level, with an open living and dining area connecting to a fully fitted kitchen and large windows leading to a covered veranda, terrace and private pool. Beneath the home is a fully finished basement with flooring, painted walls, lighting and sockets, which gets natural light and ventilation through English patios. This space can be used as a garage, storage, gym, office or, with an upgrade, as extra living space with a bedroom and bathroom.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in May 2027. Two homes are currently available, priced between 615,000 and 645,000 euros.

A detached new-build villa in this area usually comes with a private pool, pre-installation for air conditioning and an aerothermal hot-water system. The buyer often chooses the kitchen and bathroom finishes from the builder's range.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
