Bungalows Jardines Cristal is located in Mar de Cristal, in Cartagena, Murcia province, 900 metres from the promenade and the beaches of the Mar Menor. The developer is building 16 modern bungalows here. Delivery is planned for August 2028.

The development

Buyers can choose between ground-floor homes with a private garden or top-floor homes with a private terrace. The interior is open-plan, with the kitchen, dining room and living room flowing into one another, and large sliding doors opening onto the terrace. Shared facilities include a pool surrounded by tropical gardens with palm trees and sun loungers.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
