Bungalows Manuel Castelló Rizo is located in Sector 3, in Dolores, a favoured area of the Costa Blanca next to the El Hondo nature park. The developer is building 3-bedroom bungalows here. Delivery is planned for December 2027.

The development

The ground-floor homes have a garden, and the top-floor homes a private solarium. Each home has its own parking space and most have a storage room. There is a communal pool with a toilet. The exterior joinery is aluminium with a thermal break, the bathrooms have furniture with a mirror, and the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Dolores sits on the edge of the Vega Baja del Segura, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and local services.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
