Good to know

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in March 2028. Eight units are currently available, priced between 1,961,000 and 2,126,000 euros.

A detached new-build villa in this area usually comes with a private pool, pre-installation for air conditioning and an aerothermal hot-water system. The buyer often chooses the kitchen and bathroom finishes from the builder's range.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
