The development

On the ground floor there are two homes with their own street entrance and no community fees. The first and second floors hold six apartments, each with a bright open-plan living area and an American-style kitchen, delivered unfurnished. The top-floor homes have their own private rooftop terrace with a storage and laundry area. The building has a lift and four optional garage parking spaces at extra cost.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
