Ground-floor homes have a private garden overlooking the communal areas, first-floor units have a large terrace, some with partial sea views, and the penthouses have their own solarium with sea views, an outdoor kitchen, a pergola and a jacuzzi. Shared facilities include an outdoor pool for adults and children, a playground, green areas and a basement wellness area with a heated indoor pool, massage jets, sauna and gym.

The surroundings

Pilar de la Horadada is the southernmost municipality of the province of Alicante, on the border with the Murcia region. The village of Pilar lies a few kilometres inland. On the coast are Torre de la Horadada, with a small marina, and Mil Palmeras, with a wide sandy beach. The municipality has the Lo Romero golf course and a quieter character than Torrevieja further up the coast. Torrevieja hospital is about 20 km away. Murcia airport at Corvera is about 45 km away, Alicante airport about 60 km.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in October 2026. Six units are currently available, priced between 398,900 and 569,900 euros.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.

These homes have a tourist rental licence. The licence is meant for short-term letting and is increasingly hard to obtain in the Valencia region. You may also live there permanently yourself; the licence is an option, not an obligation.
