Bungalows Alto Playa Negra is located in Playa Negra, on the coast of Puerto de Mazarrón in the Murcia region, 180 metres from the beach. The low-rise complex has thirty homes. Delivery is planned for August 2028.

The development

Ground-floor homes have a private garden, a rear patio and parking either on the plot or in the community garage. Top-floor homes have their own ground-floor access, a first-floor terrace and a rooftop solarium, plus an allocated parking space. Optional extras include private pools on the ground-floor terraces or jacuzzis on the rooftop solariums.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
