The development

The building has a ground floor and three residential floors, with nine apartments and one commercial unit. Each home has an open living-dining area with space for an American-style kitchen; kitchen furniture is not included. Each property has its own terrace or balcony; the penthouses also have a private rooftop terrace. There are two additional communal rooftop terraces for the other apartments. The building has a lift.

A penthouse is the top apartment of a building, usually with a private solarium on the roof. Otherwise the same arrangements apply as for an apartment: communal pool, lift and a monthly fee for the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
