The development

The ground-floor homes have a private garden and storage room, and the top-floor homes have a private terrace. The fully gated complex has two large communal pools for adults and children, more than 2,600 m² of landscaped green areas and a playground. The homes have a fully fitted kitchen, exterior joinery with a thermal break and double glazing, a secured front door and bathroom furniture.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
