Bungalows Alto de Chirrete consists of four new-build bungalows in the Molino de Chirrete area of San Pedro del Pinatar, on the Costa Cálida. Delivery is planned for December 2027.

The development

Buyers can choose between ground-floor bungalows with a spacious private garden or top-floor homes with a large rooftop solarium. All homes include a private pool and a private parking space. The interior features a bright, open living and dining area with an integrated kitchen. Ground-floor homes have front and rear terraces plus a covered terrace; top-floor homes have two private terraces and a rooftop solarium with a pergola and pre-installation for a summer kitchen.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
