Residencial Puerta del Acequión is located in the El Acequión area of Torrevieja, 60 metres from the beach. The developer is building a residential building of 23 homes here. Delivery is planned for July 2027.

The development

The building offers apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and penthouses with large private terraces, with optional parking spaces in the underground garage. Some homes have a private terrace or a laundry room. On the roof there is a communal solarium with a lounge and a pool. The kitchens have wall and base units, and the bathrooms are fitted with furniture, mirrors and fixed glass shower screens.

The surroundings

Torrevieja, with about 90,000 inhabitants, is the largest town on the southern Costa Blanca. A large part of the population comes from northern Europe, and shops, restaurants, doctors and clubs are open all year round. The town has a harbour, a long promenade and the beaches Playa del Cura, Los Locos and La Mata. Behind the town are two salt lakes, one of them known for its pink colour. Torrevieja has its own hospital and the Habaneras shopping centre. Alicante airport is about 45 km away.

Good to know

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in July 2027. Two units are currently available, priced between 265,000 and 470,000 euros.

A penthouse is the top apartment of a building, usually with a private solarium on the roof. Otherwise the same arrangements apply as for an apartment: communal pool, lift and a monthly fee for the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
