Residencial Terrazas Torreblanca is located in Torreblanca, in Torrevieja, 700 metres from the beach. The developer is building a gated development of 362 apartments with large communal areas here. Delivery is planned for September 2027.

The development

You can choose between luxury apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, penthouses with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private solarium, and ground-floor apartments with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private garden. Almost all apartments have a sea view and all apartments have a large front terrace overlooking the communal areas. Shared facilities include two pools for adults, a children's pool, a children's area, a gym, a sports room, a spa, bike storage and vehicle parking. La Mata beach is 700 metres away, a 10-minute walk, and the Torremarina shopping centre with a Mercadona, restaurants and cafés sits opposite the complex.

The surroundings

Torrevieja, with about 90,000 inhabitants, is the largest town on the southern Costa Blanca. A large part of the population comes from northern Europe, and shops, restaurants, doctors and clubs are open all year round. The town has a harbour, a long promenade and the beaches Playa del Cura, Los Locos and La Mata. Behind the town are two salt lakes, one of them known for its pink colour. Torrevieja has its own hospital and the Habaneras shopping centre. Alicante airport is about 45 km away.

Good to know

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in September 2027. Four units are currently available, priced between 330,000 and 540,000 euros.

A penthouse is the top apartment of a building, usually with a private solarium on the roof. Otherwise the same arrangements apply as for an apartment: communal pool, lift and a monthly fee for the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
