The 8 apartments are on the ground floor, spread over two recently completed buildings, and are fully adapted and licensed for tourist residential use. Each apartment has 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. The homes have their own access from the street and a private terrace with a garden of up to 37 m². The homes lie outside the structure of an owners' community: there are no community fees, no risk of voting restrictions a community could impose on tourist licences, and full independence with direct street access. The apartments are delivered with a fully equipped kitchen and pre-installed ducted air conditioning.

The surroundings

Villajoyosa, La Vila Joiosa in Valencian, is a fishing town with an old centre of brightly painted houses on the beach. It is known for its chocolate factories and has a harbour, a long promenade and the town beach Playa Centro. Benidorm is 8 km away, Alicante 30 km. The tram to Alicante and Benidorm stops in the town. The regional hospital Marina Baixa is in Villajoyosa itself. Alicante airport is about 40 km away.

Villajoyosa lies between Benidorm and Altea and is known for its colourful old town and its artisan chocolate tradition. The beaches carry the Blue Flag. Within walking distance are the restaurants of the old town, the weekly local market and the TRAM station that connects the whole Costa Blanca coastline.

Good to know

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in December 2026. Two units are currently available, priced between 275,000 and 335,000 euros. Each home has its own tourist licence (Licensed Tourist apartments) and lies outside the owners' community, with no community fees.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.

These homes have a tourist rental licence. The licence is meant for short-term letting and is increasingly hard to obtain in the Valencia region. You may also live there permanently yourself; the licence is an option, not an obligation.
